Some may remember this building as the Main Street Mall. In it’s heyday it served as a home for numerous local businesses and even the headquarters for Mrs. Fields cookies. Time took it’s toll however and the idea of an indoor mall became stagnant.
The rebirth of this building will mimic the traditional success of Main Street with businesses facing the street with upper levels re-purposed as residential units. Luxury and convenience will be topped off with a pool on the roof deck, offering incredible views of Park City, Deer Valley and beyond.
