The American Institute of Architects Utah chapter recognized its 2009 architectural honor and merit award recipients during a ceremony on Nov. 13. The design awards program was chaired by Dr. Julio Bermudez, associate professor, College of Architecture & Planning, University of Utah—who recruited this year’s jury.
The jury for the 2009 awards was comprised of Anne Marie Decker, chair, Duvall Decker Architects, Jackson, Miss.; Victor F. Trahan, Trahan Architects, Baton Rouge, La.; John Friedman, John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects, Los Angeles.
