With the administrative and architectural phases nearly complete, the Green Park Co-Housing project is just waiting for a green light from the city. Years of conversations between the owners and Elliott Workgroup have culminated in a modern vision of community living in this historic mining town. Two houses on the front of the property will be preserved in situ and the remainder of the living accommodations, community kitchen and community room will be housed in a new structure behind.
