An exploration into Mountain Modern. This flat roofed design brings the contemporary to a historic mining town, while respecting it’s surroundings. The project uses materials common to the mining industry; steel, concrete and dirt. The green roofs help to blend the structure back into the mountain, whilst providing valuable insulation for the during cold winters and hot summers.
U of U Basketball Training Facility – Feasibility Study, Salt Lake City, University of Utah Campus
The University of Utah is working to reassert the prominence of this basketball program. Part of the process is an upgrade to the current facilities. We are working on a feasibility study to determine what works and how best to implement the plan.

Located between Zoom and the Marriott Summit Watch, 692 Main Street offers a unique opportunity to improve the street-scape of Lower Main Street in Park City. The initial approval allowed for more vertical expansion and two stories will be added to this.
By adding two floors this building will gain capacity for residents, adding people, adding energy and vibrancy to the street as a whole. Retail on the base level will carry the crowds from Upper Main Street all the way down the street. The upper levels will offer unparalleled views, access and amenities.
